Where does the content come from?
The content for Small Business Websites comes from you. We’ll use the content you send us or that you already have up on an existing website. If you would like us to write content for you, our SEO packages include that service.
Can I use a domain I already have?
We prefer to use a domain you already have. We will need your login information for the registrar in order to launch the site. If you don’t have a domain yet, we recommend godaddy.com.
Do these come with email?
No, these plans do not include email. If you need professional emails, we recommend Google Workspaces.
Do I own the site?
You will own the site once you fulfill the term agreement.
What is the monthly commitment?
There is a one-time 6-month commitment for our small business websites, which renew month-to-month until terminated.
After the 6 month term, what is included in the ongoing maintenance cost?
Traditionally, websites are hosted on unmanaged servers. Updates are few and far between, leaving your site vulnerable and eventually outdated. We ensure that doesn’t happen by including all hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, security, software license fees and small website edits in a single, affordable monthly cost. If you want only hosting (and none of those features aforementioned), we provide that too!
